Display your stockings in style with these hand forged stocking hooks for your mantle. Each hanger is handmade in Maine using blacksmithing tools and techniques and finished with a natural beeswax and linseed oil solution.
These Stocking Holders are slightly curved to follow along the edge of a mantle. They hold stockings by curling back under the mantle slightly and transferring the weight of the stocking back to the curled top of the hanger.
There are no nails or installation required, they simply sit on the mantle and counterbalance the weight of the stocking.
Important Note: These Stocking Holders are designed to work with traditional mantles that features crown or cap mouldings. For straight edge mantles, the bottom of the hooks may still be used to display empty stockings, but may not function properly if holding any significant weight.
