The genuine handmade 'Chefs Mill' without crank from Greek Alexander Handmade Mills, is a powerful and rustic spice grinder, made of Chrome plated brass.

Chef's Mill is intended for peppers and other dried spices — but not salt.

Chef's Mill is made of solid brass with a material thickness of at least 1 mm and are equipped with a solid, cast grinder that is designed so that it grinds the spices optimally. The 3-part grinding mechanism first guides the spice down into the mechanism, after which it is coarsely ground and finally completely finely ground.
