Our Carrot Thyme shrub was developed for a Spring Soiree at a botanical garden. Bright sweet carrots, organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar, clover honey and a hint of thyme come together in our spring Carrot Thyme shrub.
Delicious splashed in your bubbly of choice. Serve over ice with a shot of vodka and top with Prosecco. Add to sparkling water with a squeeze of lime and sprig of mint. Make a Carrot Mary, a Carrot Mule, a Margarita or a Blood Orange Carrot Whiskey Sour...

About MOTHER shrub
As a child, Meredyth Archer would drink a sweetened vinegar with her grandmother, who thought it was the answer to everything. Years later, she came across a recipe for a raspberry fruit vinegar, or shrub, in a family cookbook from the late 1800s, a hand-me-down. She remembered the tart and sweet taste from her youth and decided to make a batch. Many shared batches later, MOTHER shrub drinking vinegars was born. Handcrafted in Richmond, VA, in an allergen free facility, using combinations of thoughtfully sourced organic, fresh and non-gmo ingredients.
