Mussels from the Galician coast are prepared in one of the most genuine sauces in Spain, escabeche, which is made with paprika, vinegar, oil, garlic, and bay leaves. The frying process takes place with meticulous temperature control so the mussel not break due to its water content. We then add the sauce which has been also made in our kitchens.

Ingredients: mussels, sunflower oil, wine vinegar, garlic, bay leaves, spices, salt.

Suggested recipe: pasta with mussels. In a frying pan sauté half an onion. Add a jar of tomato sauce. Add the mussels to the sauce. Cook some pasta. Add the sauce and some oregano to the pasta. Ingredients: mussels in escabeche sauce, half an onion, 1 jar of tomato sauce, pasta, and oregano.
