The copper mill is made in a durable polished, solid copper body with a solid cast grinder that is designed to grind your spices optimally. The 3-part grinder first directs the spice down into the plant, after which it is coarsely ground to finally be completely finely ground. The solid quality can be clearly felt when you get a grinder in your hand - they weigh well and are a pleasure to work with in the kitchen.
The spice grinders are handmade and therefore there may be small - but insignificant - differences in the metal surface.
